The legislation should be about punishing officials for letting them break the the already existing laws:
- Disturbing traffic
- Impeding traffic
- Assault with a deadly weapon
- Destruction of property
- Assault with Intent to Commit Bodily Harm
Assault with Intent to Commit Bodily Harm is punishable by imprisonment in a state prison for up to 10 years, along with a fine of up to $5,000.
The judge then in single assault cases should impose the penalty on each and every culprit, not divide it by the number of offenders, as they often do.
